Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all charging cables and manuals to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Ship to Vape Batt
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse address, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Resolution
Once our technicians verify the defect, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement device within 3-5 business days.
