How do I know if a battery is compatible with my cartridge?
Most of our products utilize a universal 510-thread connection, which is the industry standard. However, we recommend checking the diameter of your cartridge to ensure it fits inside 'concealer' style batteries.
What is your shipping policy for electronic devices?
We ship all orders via discreet packaging. Due to PACT Act regulations, an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery for all hardware and battery shipments within the United States.
My battery isn't hitting. What should I do?
First, ensure the device is turned on (usually 5 rapid clicks). If it is on, clean the contact points with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to remove any oil residue that may be preventing a connection.
What is the warranty on Vape Batt products?
We offer a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover physical damage, water damage, or issues caused by using non-standard charging cables.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international customers in the near future.
How long does the battery typically take to charge?
Most of our vape batteries reach a full charge within 60 to 90 minutes. We strongly recommend using the provided USB cable and avoiding high-output 'fast chargers' which can degrade the lithium-ion cells.
